The LSA automatic polishing system can be installed on any polishing machine. It is pneumatically controlled and is the ideal device to drastically reduce the cost of metallographic sample preparation and increase process repeatability.
The LSA automatic system is available in two versions: with central pressure or with single and central pressure.
Central pressure type: The force is applied to the center of the sample holder.
Single and central pressure type: The operator can choose whether the force should be applied directly to each sample individually (single pressure) or to the center of the sample holder.
